Paying for subscriptions using PayPal®
The Dvořák Society has a PayPal® account. This should be of particular benefit to those residing outside the Sterling currency area who wish to pay for subscriptions, publications or goods.
What is PayPal®
PayPal® is a system that enables small traders, charities and individuals to make and accept payments electronically in a variety of currencies, by fund transfer or credit/debit card. Many people reading this notice will already be familiar with the system. For those who have not yet used it, the key points for the buyer are:
- you must have an e-mail address
- you do not need to open a PayPal account yourself, but you must have a credit or debit card if you do not have an account
- completion of all financial transactions takes place on PayPal’s secure web site.

Please also see the important security notes below.
